Peter Castelli
Board of Assessment Appeals
Peter A. Castelli is a lifelong resident of Portland, an 8-term member of the Board of Assessment Appeals and is a candidate for reelection. Peter was formally recognized this year by the PRTC for his longtime record of Community Service and Good Citizenship. He graduated from Queens College with BA. Following his graduation, he joined American Airlines holding positions of Sales and Marketing Representative and Manager of Special projects. Soon after he formed his own Travel Corporation and later join forces with the World Wrestling Federation, as COO of a spin-off company.
Today he is semi-retired, but still in Consulting Sales with A & A Office Systems. Peter is deeply committed to our community and to his service on the Board of Assessment Appeals. Peter's past exposure to two Town wide revaluations and several personal property assessments has given him the insight into the issues most Portland residents deal with in real terms.
His contribution to the past board hearings have been fair and balanced. He is looking forward to another term serving Portland’s residents. Please join us by supporting Peter with your vote on November 5th!
